Job summary

Confidential in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup) seeks an SAP FICO Officer to design, build, test, and deploy new company codes in SAP. Lead FI/CO/FSCM analysis in collaboration with the business.

Conduct structured testing with users and secure approvals to move changes from testing to production. The role covers blueprint prep, configuration, testing, UAT, change management, and knowledge transfer to FICO AMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2-4 years in SAP FICO implementation/configuration in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, or 3 end-to-end SAP FICO projects.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience with SAP lifecycle documents: blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, user guides.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements to land the new company code.
• Prepare blueprint for implementing the project.
• Facilitate blueprint discussion and obtain approval.
• Ensure SAP roles are created, approved, and tested for the new code.
• Prepare configuration documents and functional specs.
• Perform unit and integration testing.
• Obtain approvals to move changes to testing and production.
• Coordinate UAT activities and user role provisioning.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to FICO AMS.
• Secure UAT sign-off and Change Advisory documentation.
• Manage day-to-day end-user queries and AMS deliverables.
• Exposure to testing tools (Cloud ALM, HP ALM, Tosca) is a plus.
