Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Manager to own end-to-end FI/CO design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization for new company code implementations in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will serve as the functional expert, translating business requirements into SAP solutions while upholding governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on SAP FI and CO configuration experience.
• Experience across full project lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City, under a hybrid setup (2 days onsite and 3 days work-from-home per week).

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements for new company code implementations and expansions.
• Configure SAP FI and CO modules per approved designs.
• Lead UT, SIT, and UAT preparation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate transports and production deployments.
• Provide knowledge transfer and post go-live support.
