Job summary

Capacita Consultants is assisting a client in Makati City with a hands-on SAP ERP FICO Specialist role. The position centers on finance and controlling within an ERP context, with a path toward a centralized SAP S/4HANA environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in SAP/ERP functional consulting, implementation, support, or application management.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes within an SAP or ERP environment.
• Proven experience implementing ERP/SAP projects.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional solution design, testing and UAT, implementation and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a key functional resource for Finance and Controlling within SAP/ERP environments.
• Gather and translate requirements into functional ERP solution specs.
• Contribute to design, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with third-party SAP partners and vendors during delivery.
• Support ERP transformation toward SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate Finance requirements with Supply Chain, Warehousing, P2P, and Maintenance.
• Assist in process enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Engage in troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams and partners.
• Document business processes, requirements, test cases, and activities.
