Job summary

GC Products is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to join the Digital Solutions team. You will be the primary contact for SAP application issues, collaborate with SAP partners, and drive global SAP and BI initiatives.

Most work is remote with travel worldwide, CST hours 8am-6pm, and you will contribute to design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring CSV compliance and robust financial processes.

Qualifications

• Must work in CST zone (Chicago, USA) from 8 am to 6 pm.
• Degree in ICT, Bachelor IT or equivalent by experience.
• At least solid 3 years of SAP FICO module experience.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP projects including design, build, configuration, and deployment.
• Experience with CSV compliancy (ISO 13485) and regulatory finance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for SAP application-related issues and requests.
• Coordinate SAP design, build, configuration and integration efforts.
• Deliver SAP and BI initiatives on a global scale.
• Provide training and support to SAP end users.

The SAP Business Partner Account To Report (ATR) will be working in the Digital Solutions team under the supervision of the Head of Enterprise Applications and the Henka Programme Manager. He/she will work closely together with the GC Global SAP team members, Digital Solutions team, globally located Business Process Experts (BPEs), end users, externally hired contractors, the SAP partner and SAP.

The main responsibilities of a SAP FICO CONSULTANT include:

• Serve as the primary contact for the business on SAP application-related issues, questions, and requests

• Act as liaison to SAP providers

• Participate in SAP design, build, configuration, and integration efforts

• Contribute to SAP projects on a global scale

• Configure and develop SAP and RICEFWs

• Ensure SAP application documentation is complete, up to date, and CSV compliant

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP and BI applications

• Coordinate design, build, testing, and deployment of SAP and BI initiatives

• Collaborate with Digital Solutions team members to schedule SAP initiatives, roll-outs, and upgrades

• Provide training, support, and assistance to SAP end users

• Deliver and/or coordinate first- and second-level SAP support

• Coordinate and execute SAP change requests

• Act as backup or support for other internal SAP team members, including Henka AMS team, SAP Basis team, and MDM team

• Must work in the Central Standard Time zone of Chicago USA from 8 am to 6 pm

• Degree in ICT, Bachelor IT or equivalent by experience

• At leastsolid 3 years of SAP FICO module experience

• Profound knowledge and experience of the business processes & business operations in the dental or similar industry for:

  • The Leading Finance / Accounting Business Processes knowledge in a corporate global environment

  • The Accounts Payable Business Process and the automated invoice scanning, approval and posting tools

  • The Accounts Receivables Business Process

  • The Asset Accounting Business Process

  • Accounting, period closure and financial reporting Business Processes

  • Financial Consolidation Business Process including intercompany eliminations

  • Reconciliation Process, like intercompany, bank, customer, vendor etc.

  • Regulatory Finance requirements and Legal Reporting Processes

  • Finance Management Reporting Process

  • SAP S4HANA – good to have

  • Integration with other SAP modules, like SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM etc.

  • Integration with Government, Bank, Tax applications etc.

  • SAP Change management

  • SAP Release Management

  • SAP Solution Manager

  • Project Management

  • Project Management methodologies, like Prince 2 or PMI

  • Business Process Mapping

  • Requirements analysis

  • Computer System Validation compliancy (ISO 13485)

• Experience with creation of Functional Requirements Specifications, Business Process Documentation & Flow, Functional and Technical specifications in accordance with CSV compliancy (ISO 13485).

• Experience with a design, Build and implementation phase.

• Experience with training and testing and the creation of test scripts and training Materials.

• Experience on providing training and (helpdesk) support to end-users

• Experience with data migration to an SAP S4 Hana system, Go live cutover activities and post go live support.

• Experience with international organizations and global SAP implementations.

• Experience with the SAP Activate methodology.

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

• Service oriented, project-oriented, result-oriented and flexible

• International work experience in a continues changing environment is an advantage

• Experience to work in a multicultural cross functional environment

• Mainly working remote, but willing to travel worldwide when needed

• Able to work independently
