Job summary

Provision People client is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst specializing in SAP FI and real estate financial processes to support and enhance SAP S/4HANA solutions in Makati City. You will partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and optimize leasing, property accounting, and cost management.

The role requires strong SAP FI knowledge, exposure to real estate accounting, and the ability to integrate with CO and related modules, with a hybrid work setup and dayshift

Qualifications

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst specializing in SAP FI and real estate financial processes to support and enhance SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimize real estate accounting and cost management processes, support SAP FI configuration, and ensure effective integration with Controlling (CO) and related business functions. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP FI expertise with knowledge of real estate accounting, cost management, financial reporting, and enterprise application support.

The SAP Business Analyst supports financial processes related to real estate and cost accounting within SAP S/4HANA. This role partners with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance cost transparency and real estate financial management.

AS A SAP BUSINESS ANALYST, YOU WILL:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) or similar
• Knowledge of lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16, ASC 842)
• Integration experience with CO module
