Job summary

Xurpas Enterprise in Makati is hiring a Senior SAP FI Joint Venture Accounting Developer to design, build, and configure applications meeting business requirements. You will leverage SAP FI JV expertise to develop solutions for clients and mentor the team.

The role requires strong SAP FI CO Finance knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership skills to drive implementations and ensure quality across projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP FI Joint Venture Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP FI modules.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules and systems.
• Experience designing and developing SAP FI reports and interfaces.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and enhance applications using SAP FI Joint Venture Accounting.
• Design and implement application features and functionality.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality
• Provide Application support for SAP JVA or SAP FICO – investigate and resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, conduct problem management and continuous improvements
• Handle minor enhancements for the relevant skill/application
• Perform related system maintenance and monitoring activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to meet project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, user manuals, knowledge articles and SOPs
• Ensure successful project delivery by monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies
