Job summary

Lennor Group seeks an SAP EWM Specialist to join our team for a remote, day-shift role. The successful candidate will implement and optimize SAP EWM solutions, participate in workshops, and collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP EWM, experience with S/4HANA, WRICEF objects, and Fiori. This remote position offers a structured, process-driven environment and opportunities across multiple clients in the BPO

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) experience.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, especially interface-related objects.
• Ability to set up, configure, and activate SAP Fiori applications based on EWM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute project implementation activities per PMO standards.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of project deliverables per SOW.
• Participate in all project meetings, workshops, and sessions (virtual or in-person).
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops during Explore phase and assess requirements against SAP standards.
• Present and explain proposed solutions with clear rationale based on SAP EWM expertise.
• Follow templates, documentation standards, and PMO processes.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions to meet requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and technical input from extensive EWM experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful delivery and implementation.

Job Title: SAP EWM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all project implementation activities in accordance with the methodology, standards, and processes established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all required project deliverables outlined in the Project Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate actively in all project-related meetings, workshops, discussions, and sessions, whether conducted virtually or face-to-face.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase, ensuring business requirements are properly assessed against standard SAP capabilities.
• Present and explain proposed solutions when required, providing clear rationale and recommendations based on SAP EWM expertise and industry experience.
• Follow and utilize all templates, documentation standards, and processes prescribed by the PMO.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions and related system components to ensure they meet approved business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and technical input based on extensive SAP EWM implementation experience.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and business users to support successful solution delivery and project implementation.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience in preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface-related objects.
• Ability to set up, configure, and activate relevant SAP Fiori applications based on SAP EWM module requirements and expertise.

Good To Have Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SAP EWM business processes, configuration, testing, and solution documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP S/4HANA EWM certification is an advantage.
