PaxSigna is actively seeking an experienced SAP EWM consultant to drive end‑to‑end implementations and enhancements for SAP S/4HANA environments. The role involves leading workshops, aligning solutions with business requirements, and delivering within PMO governance.

The candidate will collaborate with global teams in a hybrid Ortigas setting. Experience in configuring EWM, Fiori activation, and WRICEF development is essential.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interfaces and integration‑related components.
• Ability to configure, set up, and activate SAP Fiori applications relevant to SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM implementation activities and the ability to align solutions with approved business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SAP EWM implementation activities in accordance with the methodologies, standards, and processes established by the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Ensure the timely completion and submission of project deliverables defined in the Project Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
• Participate in project meetings, workshops, discussions, and working sessions conducted virtually or in person.
• Lead and facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase, assessing business requirements against standard SAP EWM capabilities.
• Present proposed solutions and provide recommendations supported by SAP EWM expertise, implementation experience, and industry best practices.
• Follow established PMO templates, documentation standards, project methodologies, and delivery processes.
• Configure, test, validate, and document SAP EWM solutions and related system components to ensure compliance with approved business and technical requirements.
• Prepare and manage SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface-related developments, to support system integration requirements.
• Set up, configure, and activate relevant SAP Fiori applications based on SAP EWM requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and business users to resolve issues and support successful solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong experience preparing and managing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interfaces and integration‑related components.
• Ability to configure, set up, and activate SAP Fiori applications relevant to SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM implementation activities and the ability to align solutions with approved business and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA EWM certification.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM business processes, configuration, testing, and solution documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and presenting SAP EWM solution recommendations.

• SAP Modules: SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), preferably SAP S/4HANA EWM.
• Implementation & Configuration: End‑to‑end SAP implementation, system configuration, solution validation, and Fit-to-Standard workshops.

• Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
