You will work with cross-functional teams and end users to resolve incidents, implement improvements, and optimize warehouse management processes, including documentation and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Expert in SAP EWM with end-to-end configuration.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience with testing, change management and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SAP EWM.
• Provide Level 2 application support for SAP EWM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting users with transactions.
• Document configurations and support procedures.
• Assist in enhancements, testing, upgrades, deployment.
• Recommend SAP best practices to improve efficiency.
