We are seeking an SAP EWM Application Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. In this role, you will troubleshoot application issues, support warehouse operations, and ensure the stability and performance of critical business systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and end users to resolve incidents, implement improvements, and optimize warehouse management processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Provide Level 2 application support for SAP EWM and related warehouse management processes.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP EWM application and system issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting users with system transactions and functionality.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues.
• Document system configurations, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Assist in system enhancements, testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Recommend process improvements and SAP best practices to improve operational efficiency.
