Xurpas Inc. is seeking a SAP EAM Technical Lead and Business Architect to evaluate existing asset management processes and translate insights into actionable strategies.

You will engage with stakeholders to understand needs and develop compelling business cases for transformation initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional teams, design enterprise asset management solutions, and oversee implementations that align with business goals while driving continuous improvement and sustainable outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert proficiency in SAP EAM.
• Solid knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing business processes within enterprise asset management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP EAM with other enterprise systems to optimize operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
