Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Business Process and Consulting skills to translate requirements into effective SAP EAM solutions.
• Solid Analytical Skills to perform root‑cause analysis, evaluate process performance, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP FICO and related integration points with SAP EAM.
• Knowledge of Master Data management in SAP, including asset records, equipment, and related configuration.
• Experience in SAP EAM implementation, support, or enhancement projects, preferably in large or global organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with on‑site and remote teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in business terms.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP EAM, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) are an advantage.
• Experience in the consulting or IT services industry and familiarity with Fortune 500 environments is beneficial.
