Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager with 14+ years of SAP ABAP on HANA experience to lead cloud implementation projects for global clients from our Manila delivery centers.

You will mentor teams, drive clean core implementations, and collaborate with onsite coordinators to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Willingness to travel may be required.

Job Purpose:
Serve as a Technical Lead in the IT Consulting team, overseeing various cloud implementation projects for our global clientele.

Your Client Responsibilities:

Your People Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a quality-driven culture within the team.
• Manage performance evaluations for direct reports in accordance with organizational policies.
• Foster teamwork and lead by example, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Train and mentor project resources, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
• Participate in organization-wide people initiatives to drive engagement and development.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 14+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Strategic understanding of clean core implementations
• Understanding of AI based tools

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive working knowledge in AS-ABAP on HANA.
• Proficient in HANA Data Modelling Concepts.
• Expertise in custom code push down techniques.
• Practical knowledge of ABAP development toolkit (ADT).
• Significant project experience in CDS and AMDP.
• Proficient in module pool programming, Adobe Forms, and Smart Forms.
• Strong ABAP programming skills with experience in RICEFW development.
• In‑depth knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework.
• Familiarity with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY.
• Good to have skills in SAP HANA/ABAP, OData, and backend Fiori.

Additional Technical Skills (Advantageous):

• Experience with HANA analytics, including predictive and text analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
