Qualifications
- Hands-on SAP C4C experience matching your level (Junior to Expert)
- Knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, or Marketing configurations
- Experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI/SDK) and ABSL scripting
- Experience with L2/L3 incidents, root-cause analysis, and change requests
- Experience with integrations (SAP ERP/S/4HANA, CPI) is advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 or SAP BTP is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsabilités
- Configure, enhance, or develop SAP C4C Sales and Service solutions
- Build and support custom solutions and integrations
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs
- Collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver solutions
- Prepare documentation and support testing, go-live, and continuous improvement
