Job summary

Xurpas, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Datasphere Architect in the Philippines to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions that support BI and reporting requirements.

You will gather requirements, design scalable data architectures, develop data models and pipelines, and lead data platform initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and SAP teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Datasphere and Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and enterprise data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and maintain requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures using SAP Datasphere.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models, pipelines, and integration processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate architecture and designs.
• Supervise SAP development work: data updates, flow enhancements, issue resolution, and standards compliance.
• Partner with SAP support during upgrades and enhancements to data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to teams.
• Assess datasets to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvements.
• Establish data governance, security, and capacity management practices.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Datasphere Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, define, document, and maintain business and stakeholder requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures and solutions using SAP Datasphere.
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models, data pipelines, and data integration processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate technical architecture and solution designs.

Supervise And Review SAP Development Work, Including

• Data updates
• Data flow enhancements
• Issue resolution
• Compliance with development standards

• Partner with SAP support teams during upgrades and enhancements related to data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to project teams and the broader technology organization.
• Assess existing datasets to identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and improved performance.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, security protocols, and capacity/resource management practices.
• Promote best practices in data modeling, architecture patterns, and solution design.
• Maintain and optimize existing data solutions and pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the data platform.
