A staffing solutions provider seeks a SAP BTP Assistant Manager for a hybrid role based in Makati. The candidate will oversee offshore development processes and collaborate with functional consultants for project delivery and issue resolution. Qualifications

• Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms.
• Experience managing scope and requirements in S/4HANA conversions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with senior management and clients.
• Deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture and services (BAS, BTP Cockpit).
• Experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web App frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.

Responsibilities

• Involved in offshore development for enhancements and project delivery.
• Work closely with functional consultants to resolve issues.
• Estimate and contribute to requirement analysis, design, and testing.
• Collaborate with stream consultants, solution engineers, and experts to resolve issues and ensure design compliance.
• Estimate and contribute to requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW.
• Deliver from offshore on time, within scope, and adopting industry best practices.

SAP BTP Assistant Manager - MC-IT Advisory (Makati) - Hybrid, morning shift

About the job

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Role Responsibilities:

• Our development consultants will be involved in the development from offshore for enhancements, delivery of projects and provide support to our clients. Occasional Onshore delivery is possible depending on the scope of the client and the projects
• Reports to the Offshore Technical Manager.
• Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
• Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements
• Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW (Reports Conversion Enhancements Forms and Workflows)
• Responsible for delivering from offshore on time, on schedule, within scope and adopting industry best practice and quality

Requirements:

• Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC
• Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation
• Clean Core Mindset and Experience
• Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Deep understanding of BTP architecture, BTP services and tools (BAS, BTP Cockpit, etc.)
• Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk)
• Knowledge on open standards like Cloud Foundry
• Experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE
