Job summary

GECO Philippines is hiring an SAP BI & Reporting Analyst to transform data into meaningful insights for finance and sales reporting. You will develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP BI/BO and related tools, and work with business and IT teams to improve reporting processes.

You will analyze data during monthly cycles, write SQL queries, validate data, and support UAT and system enhancements, while maintaining master data quality across customers, products, and pricing.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP BI, reporting, analytics, or finance systems support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and SAP BW.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Experience in finance, sales, or operational reporting environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support finance and sales reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SAP BI/BO and related tools.
• Analyze and validate sales and financial data during monthly reporting cycles.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Write and execute SQL queries for reporting, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Gather and document business and reporting requirements.
• Support UAT activities and system enhancements.
• Maintain master data quality across customers, products, pricing, and related data domains.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP teams, and data teams to improve reporting processes and governance.
