Job summary

AUMOVIO Philippines, Inc. is seeking a SAP BASIS Administrator with at least 5 years of hands-on SAP system administration experience.

The role requires strong technical skills across SAP basis, system administration, and related tooling, with exposure to global teams and IT projects. The candidate will perform transport management, system health checks, and collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into IT solutions, while supporting interfaces, audits, and upgrades

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, performance troubleshooting, Oracle database management, chaRM, Linux scripting, ALE, output device configuration, HTTPS/SFTP/RFC connections, SARA archiving and batch job management.
• Experience in IT Service Management tools.
• Basic knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, OData, SLT replication, OpenText archiving, Transform output management and Cloud ALM is a plus.
• Exposure to end-to-end project implementations is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, especially with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Possess skills and adequate understanding of SAP Basis administration and translate business requirements into IT functional solutions.
• Perform transport management tasks and system health checks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Support interfaces, audits, authorizations, periodic system maintenance, system refresh, upgrades and output management.
• Introduce, implement, train and support new technologies addressing changing business needs (e.g., Greenfield/Brownfield projects, SAP upgrade, system copies and interfaces).
• Facilitate and ensure implementation and support of IT projects with timely resolution of topics.
• Flexibility to work on implementation/upgrade/support activities based on the requirement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedSAP BASIS Administratorwith a minimum of 5 years of applied experiencein SAP system administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions within SAP landscapes.

• Possessskills and adequate understanding of SAP Basis administration / business requirements & challenges & must be able to translate them into IT functional solutions.
• Perform transport management tasks andsystem health checks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
• Support topics on interfaces, audits, authorizations, periodic system maintenance, system refresh, system release upgrades andoutput management.
• Must be able to introduce, implement, train and support new technologies that would address changing business needs..(ex. Greenfield/Brownfield projects, SAP upgrade, system copies and Interfaces).
• Facilitate and ensure the implementation and support of completed IT projects employing tools that would efficiently meet required timing and resolution of topics.
• Flexibility to work on implementation/upgrade/support activities based on the requirement. With proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5years of experiencein SAP BASIS Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system administration, performance troubleshooting, Oracle database management, chaRM, Linux scripting, ALE,output deviceconfiguration, HTTPS/SFTP/RFC connections, SARA archiving and batch job management.
• Experience in handling IT Service Management tools.
• Basic knowledge of IT project management methodologies.
• Exposure to the following is a plus (SAP S/4HANA environments, familiarity with SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, OData, SLT replication, Opentext archiving, Transform output management & Cloud ALM)
• Exposure in end-to-end project implementations is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills especially with international teams.
