Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a SAP Basis Manager to lead SAP Basis workstreams, optimize SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver, and drive client outcomes across our global Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams.

You will coach and develop the team, manage installations and configurations, and contribute to modernization initiatives while upholding PwC’s standards of integrity and quality. This hands-on leadership role offers growth and exposure to diverse client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–11 years of SAP experience.
• Excellent oral and written English proficiency.

As a SAP Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members’ unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Leading SAP Basis workstreams and managing client expectations effectively
• Guiding teams in the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver to optimize operational efficiency and support business transformation
• Developing strategic technology plans to enhance SAP software integration and utilization
• Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
• Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
• Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating where necessary
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
