Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP Concur and S/4HANA integration consultant to join IBM Consulting in Manila. You will analyze incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex integrations between SAP Concur, S/4HANA, and backend ERP systems.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience, end-to-end implementations, and strong testing (UT/SIT/UAT).

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on SAP Concur Exp & Travel implementations and production support.
Experience integrating Concur with backend ERP (S/4HANA) and SAP SuccessFactors Core HR integrations.
2+ end-to-end SAP Concur implementations in large enterprise organizations.
Strong incident management, RCA, and SLA-driven production support.

Responsibilities

Analyze and resolve day-to-day SAP Concur and S/4HANA incidents with RCA.
Triage tickets and identify root causes across Concur, S/4HANA, and interfaces.
Monitor interfaces between Concur, AMEX GBT, and S/4HANA; implement corrective actions.
Design and execute UT, SIT, UAT test scenarios and regression testing.
Prepare functional specifications for custom integrations and technical developments.
