Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. seeks an SAP Application Manager to lead the adoption, stabilization, and ongoing management of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform.

You will bridge business teams, implementation partners, and internal IT to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of SAP-enabled processes. Responsibilities include governance, change control, and securing compliant, scalable SAP operations while guiding internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation and transition to operations with system integrators and implementation teams.
• Oversee escalated incident, problem, and change management processes for SAP applications and ensure system stability and compliance.
• Provide guidance for SAP-enabled processes across core business functions (Finance, Procurement, Order-To-Cash, Production Planning, Inventory Management).
• Promote SAP best practices and a clean core approach; establish license optimization procedures.
• Manage SAP release cycles, testing, and ongoing enhancements to optimize performance.
• Oversee integrations between SAP and other systems (banks, HR, planning, reporting) and manage APIs and BTP services where applicable.
• Establish governance, security, change control, and documentation; ensure vendor SLAs and internal standards.

Job description

We are seeking an SAP Application Manager to lead the successful adoption, stabilization, and management of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud platform. This role will be critical in bridging the gap between business teams, implementation partners, and internal IT. The SAP Application Manager will oversee post-implementation support, manage system operations, and drive continuous improvement of business processes enabled by SAP. This role will also help establish governance, support models, and internal capabilities required to sustain and optimize our new SAP environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.SAP Implementation & Transition to Operations

• Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud in partnership with system integrators and implementation teams.
• Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state operations.
• Establish the SAP support model and operational procedures.
• Participate in solution design discussions to ensure maintainability and alignment with long-term application management.

2.SAP Application Management

• Oversee escalated incident, problem, and change management processes for SAP applications.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements and other standards.
• Ensure resolution of system issues with SAP, partners, and other IT teams.

3.Business Process Enablement

• Act as the key liaison between IT and business functions to support adoption of SAP-enabled processes.
• Provide guidance and support for core business functions such as Finance, Procurement, Order-To-Cash, Production Planning, and Inventory Management, among others.
• Promote adoption of SAP best practices and standard processes in alignment with the SAP “clean core” approach.
• Establish and execute license optimization procedures to maximize license consumption and avoid unnecessary additional licensing cost

4.Release & Enhancement Management

• Manage the impact and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud regular releases.
• Ensure testing activities are effectively planned and executed by the SAP support team for system updates and releases.
• Identify opportunities for improvements, automation, and process optimization within SAP.

5.Integration & SAP Ecosystem

• Oversee integrations between SAP and other applications such as banks, HR, procurement, planning, and reporting systems.
• Work with development/integration teams to manage APIs, middleware, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, where applicable.

6.Governance, Security & Compliance

• Establish SAP change control processes and system documentation.
• Ensure vendor services meet established SLAs and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory requirements, policies, and other standards.
• Oversee role-based access control and SAP user administration.

7.Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead and mentor internal SAP analysts and support personnel.
• Build internal SAP knowledge and support capabilities within the organization.
• Drive collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: FULL ONSITE IN BGC, TAGUIG | MONDAY - FRIDAY
