Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. requires an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud IT Consultant to lead the SAC implementation for ContiTech.

The role involves defining and optimizing business processes, maintaining Datasphere as a data source, and coordinating with CKU's and business leaders on capabilities and efforts for implementation. The successful candidate will manage external vendors, ensure alignment to master data concepts, and work with SAP Planning Tools including SAC,

Responsibilities

• Implement SAC at ContiTech.
• Define, customize, design, function test and optimize business processes for SAC.
• Maintain BW process chains and Datasphere as data source for SAC reporting and planning.
• Serve as IT Functional consultant to CKU's and business leaders on capabilities and efforts for implementation.
• Manage external vendor resources to ensure quality of work and alignment to standards.
• Ensure SAC applications align to master data concepts for ContiTech and related processes.
• Regular use of SAP Planning Tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BPC and SAP BW in S4/HANA.
• Design and build dashboards and reporting (Power BI, QlikView).

GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.

ContiTech, a business area of Continental, is one of the world’s leading suppliers of technical elastomer products and is a specialist in plastics technology. ContiTech develops and produces functional parts, components, and systems for machine and plant engineering, mining, the automotive industry and other important industries.

ContiTech management team has made the decision to embark on a long term project to transform its current fragmented business processes and IT systems into a new standardized set of harmonized process and master data and run on the new SAP S4 Hana ERP platform.

For this purpose, we are looking for an experienced consultant for the SAP Analytics Cloud.

In this position your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Implementation of SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) at ContiTech;
• Definition, customization, design, function test and optimization of business processes as well as the support during and after the Go Live of all implemented SAC applications;
• Maintenance of BW process chains and Datasphere as data source for SAC reporting and planning;
• Serve as IT Functional related consultant to CKU's and business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation;
• Manage the external vendor supplied resource related to functional area ensuring quality of work, approval of all solutions, and alignment of solutions to business area standards;
• Ensure that SAC applications are aligned to master data concept for the whole business area ContiTech and for all Business Processes within Datasphere and SAC as well as further development and support of existing ContiTech planning solutions (Incident and Change Management);
• Regular use of SAP Planning Tools or other ERP planning tools particularly: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BPC and/or SAP BW embedded in S4/HANA, SAP FI/CO;
• Data Visualization, design and building of dashboards and reporting’s (e.g. Power BI, QlikView).
