Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a finance systems professional to support SAP Advanced Financial Closing AFC implementations. The role covers project work, template development, testing, and data validation across closing cycles.

You will collaborate with finance teams, collect requirements, and help improve AFC processes, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance and month-, quarter-, and year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance or Finance systems.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
• Experience with financial closing processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of SAP Advanced Financial Closing (AFC).
• Develop closing templates, task lists, dependencies, and process variants.
• Participate in workshops to gather business requirements.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist with data validation and issue resolution during project phases.
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP AFC users.
• Monitor closing execution and assist in resolving operational issues.
• Maintain closing task lists and process documentation.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
• Assist in enhancing existing AFC processes and workflows.
• Support the adoption of new SAP AFC functionalities.
