Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting is seeking an SAP ABAP Senior Associate to join the team and support SAP implementation, enhancement, and migration projects. You will develop ABAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA, prepare technical specifications, and ensure testing and deployment success.

You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior colleagues while upholding project standards. This hybrid role is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• At least 2 years of experience in OData development using SAP Gateway.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori application development.
• Knowledge of SAP BODS is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/HCI development and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of SAP Financials, SAP Logistics, and/or SAP HR modules.
• Understanding of web development frameworks and modern SAP development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Design, build, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solution quality.
• Support SAP S/4HANA development activities and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
• Support integration and interface development across SAP and third-party applications.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices.
