About the role

As the Salon Manager at DLS', you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the smooth operation of our vibrant and growing salon in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will see you play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency

2. Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled stylists and beauticians

3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, client retention, and customer satisfaction

4. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and budget planning

5. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and industry regulations

6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns

7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the salon

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a salon management or as a supervisor or manager without salon experience will also be considered

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
