Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Voice.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and declarative development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git version control, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, triggers, and integrations with external systems.
• Implement best practices for coding, security, performance, and governance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system defects.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Manage user access, security models, and data quality initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
• Support release management and deployment activities across environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design customer service solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators when needed.
