DAPL Information Technology Management Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. This is a contract position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering a hybrid working arrangement that combines the flexibility of remote work with collaborative office time. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business value for our clients and internal stakeholders. You will work on the Salesforce platform to create custom applications, integrations, and configurations that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is essential to our delivery capabilities and positions you at the forefront of cloud-based technology innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce implementations
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST and SOAP protocols
• Perform code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise Salesforce configurations and custom code to enhance performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, configurations, and technical designs for future reference and knowledge transfer
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands‑on development experience on the Salesforce platform
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and external systems
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, JSON, and XML data formats
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Experience with Salesforce configuration including customisation, workflows, process builder, and flows
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certification (Developer or Platform Developer) is highly desirable
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and database optimisation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and sprint‑based delivery
