Manpower (Philippines) is partnering with a client in Taguig to hire a Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract based at McKinley West. You’ll join an Agile team developing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce applications, with a focus on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

The role expects at least 1 year of relevant Salesforce experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform. Flexible mid-shift, on-site work setup with benefits offered.

What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of an Agile development team responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce applications.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC
• Create test classes and maintain 85–90% code coverage
• Handle simple user stories and change requests within Agile sprints
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor bugs and production issues
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Provide technical support to ensure stable and reliable production systems
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable
• Perform other development-related tasks assigned by the Lead Developer or Associate Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of coding and development practices
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
