Overview
As a Salesforce Developer within our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
- Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
- Working with the development team in analyzing, designing, coding and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
- Active participation in development work streams within projects.
- Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
- Working alongside a team of talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
- Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Sales; Service; or Community Cloud.
