Job summary

NCS Group in the Philippines is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce Development, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions and integrate with external systems.

Join a dynamic team to lead small projects, optimize configurations, and deliver robust Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced environment. English and Filipino communication is required.

Qualifications

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
• 5+ years of in-depth experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Lead and Opportunity Management.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Hands‑on development experience in Flow, Apex, Triggers, Batch Classes, and Controllers.
• Strong Salesforce configuration and customization skills.
• Ability to design, develop, and support end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions.
