GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO. is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to maintain and optimize our Salesforce environment and support the sales team in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce admin experience and is a proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly. You will manage users, customize objects and layouts, build reports and dashboards, handle data imports/exports with Data Loader, manage security and sandbox refreshes, and train new users while documenting

Competenze

• At least 1 year of hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
• Proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly.
• Ability to train and onboard new users; maintain process documentation.

Mansioni

• Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and troubleshoot support tickets.
• Customize Salesforce: custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance and KPIs.
• Handle data imports/exports (Data Loader) and ensure data integrity.
• Manage security, sandbox refreshes, and AppExchange packages.
• Train and onboard new users; maintain process documentation.
