Responsibilities

• Conducts training to existing and new sales executives; responsible for implementing and conducting the sales training leveling program for all sales executives. Also responsible for ensuring and improving the performance of the new sales team, especially the sales executive productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the dealers through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any BS Engineering Course
• Must have 2 years of related work experience
• Sales oriented with good relational competence
• Can construct report clearly, accurately and computer literate
• Preferably with vehicle driving experience and a valid driver’s license
