Operating under the broader Sales Team, the Telematics Team is a specialized unit focused on providing tailor-fit fleet management solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvySales Support Specialistto support the day-to-day operations of our Telematics Team. The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in coordinating customer requirements, preparing proposals, assisting with order processing, and ensuring smooth communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for telematics products and services.
  • Manage client records, handle inquiries, and follow up with clients who have already received quotations to help convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics, technical, and service teams to ensure timely demo scheduling, installations, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor and update inventory availability of telematics devices and accessories.
  • Respond to client inquiries and escalate technical issues to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing invoices and delivery receipts, and ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and client requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of telematics products, features, and industry trends to assist the sales team effectively.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating training, activation, and account setup.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least1-2 years of relevant experience in sales support and customer service(experience in tech or fleet-related industries is a plus!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and resourceful attitude
