We are looking for a candidate to join our start up team in APAC on a full-time and permanent basis.

You will be an entrusted and valued member of the team, having direct input in enhancing submission and quality win rates.

You'll also have the opportunity to work collaboratively and inclusively with internal sales teams and other key stakeholders across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will be actively involved in both our formal tenders and major proposals across APAC, as well as larger global projects, as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and contribute to the creation of solutions, bid management, and quotes
  • Review relevant documents from the sales team and the client, which constitute the sale agreement
  • Work on calculations for pricing, discount, and self-approve bids when needed
  • Accurately record information in the CRM system for the sales team and be able to run reports to support Business Development activities
  • Contribute to the win strategy for submissions during the solution design and proposal phase
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, compliance & risk, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and operations teams
To be successful in this role, you must possess
  • Can speak, read, and write Mandarin
  • Experience working for a BPO or Shared Services business setup is a plus
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and internet-based applications
