General Function:

Manages the account assistants in performing their tasks in managing all application statuses and ensures to keep the process within the prescribed turn-around time. He is responsible for servicing account officers for effective and efficient loan delivery from the receipt of loan applications to post servicing.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of all personal loan applications from accredited agencies, companies and secured clients and cards businesses.
• Regularly updates the Accounts Officers, sales Agencies, Accredited Companies, Branches and Individual clients of application status through MIS reports provided by the support units.
• Keep records and update files of service level agreements from the different units of the bank in relation to effective and efficient process and support of the sales unit.
• Maintain and enhance good and healthy business relationships with clients and loan intermediaries.
• Maintain the universal records of loans client according to policies of the bank.
• All other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• 4 years college Degree in Accounting, Economic or any Business Management related course
