The Sales Support Executive (B2B AU Telco) coordinates between Sales, Operations, Billing, and Provisioning, ensuring clean order processing, proactive onboarding, and strong CRM hygiene to prevent revenue leakage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows for mobility, fixed, ICT, and complex products across Australian enterprise accounts.
• Validate billing setups, perform data integrity checks, and resolve discrepancies to prevent revenue leakage from cycle one.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Provisioning, Billing, and Compliance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and escalations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate opportunity stages, values, close dates, and order-readiness prerequisites.
• Deliver proactive customer support during onboarding, conducting first bill walkthroughs and guiding clients through operational workflows.

Your Role:

The Sales Support Executive is a vital, customer-facing sales support role that coordinates between Sales, Operations, Billing, and Provisioning to ensure accurate service delivery, billing integrity, and smooth lifecycle management. Beyond managing order processing, the Sales Support Executive drives operational excellence by supporting the Sales team with accurate opportunity and pipeline management, smoothly transitioning deals into compliant, ready-to-activate orders.

As a Sales Support Executive (B2B AU Telco), you will:

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows for mobility, fixed, ICT, and complex products across Australian enterprise accounts.
• Validate billing setups, perform data integrity checks, and resolve discrepancies to prevent revenue leakage from cycle one.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Provisioning, Billing, and Compliance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and escalations.
• Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, ensuring accurate opportunity stages, values, close dates, and order-readiness prerequisites.

What You Need:

• Technical understanding of end-to-end sales order workflows, provisioning, billing, and contract execution in B2B telco.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales support and complaint resolution.
• CRM-agnostic data management proficiency with strict standards for data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and documentation.
• Advanced Excel, data dashboard, and analytical capabilities to identify billing discrepancies and prevent revenue leakage.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Billing, Provisioning, and Product teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, communication, and client-facing skills to handle complex accounts and tight deadlines.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Prior experience supporting Australian B2B telecommunications, ICT, mobility, or enterprise fixed-line products.
• Experience translating complex technical, contractual, or billing concepts into simple terms for executive client walkthroughs.
• Proven track record in continuous process optimization, workflow automation, and reducing operational rework or delays.
• Familiarity with compliance, privacy, ID verification, and credit checking requirements across customer onboarding workflows.
• Highly structured problem solver capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong account ownership.
