Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are looking for a Sales Support who will participate in telemarketing campaigns. You will have to record customer information; keep accurate records of customer interactions. As a Sales Support, you must stay up to date: keep current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offering. Other responsibilities include:

  • Make calls to qualified leads to set appointments and face-to-face visits
  • Handle all customers' quotes
  • Create proposals and presentations for projects
  • Order entry and process for Business Central orders
  • Achieve all goals set for department
  • Complete all required reports
  • Assist in managing sales/purchase orders in production
    • - Ensure all details are included in the purchase order (PO)
    • - Check provided artwork to make sure it is usable by supplier
    • - Updates status on PO’s as updates from vendors are provided
    • - Forward all vendor proofs to appropriate Sales Support Rep
    • - Update PO with shipment tracking from vendor
