Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Support to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented, customer-focused, with excellent organizational and communication skills, this role is perfect for you! As a Sales Support, you will facilitate the sales process by providing crucial support to the sales team and customers, ensuring prompt resolution of sales-related issues.

Responsibilities & duties

  • Conduct sales analysis
  • Update and maintain data in sales systems
  • Assist sales executives with daily administrative tasks
  • Arrange appointments with prospects as directed by sales executives
  • Follow up on leads and set up new accounts
  • Collaborate with account managers on sales strategies
  • Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert into sales opportunities
  • Assist in preparing proposals and product demos
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop strong product and service knowledge to facilitate sales
