Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a focused candidate to support the Loan Sales/Processing Office by entertaining walk-in borrowers and pre-screening applications.

You will assist in reports related to sales and support Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing. You will also process accounts, encode data in the system, and handle inquiries from internal and external clients, serving as a liaison across units to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• At least one year of experience in branch operations, or fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in computers and business applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Monkayo, Davao de Oro.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate reports related to Sales.
• Assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales.

Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications:

Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates

Proficiency in Computer and business applications
