Encore Leasing & Finance Corp. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. The role focuses on achieving personal sales targets by visiting dealers and building long-term relationships, while supporting office targets through coaching and performance monitoring.

The position requires a bachelor's degree, 2-3 years in sales within banking/auto/financing, leadership experience preferred, and a valid driver's license. Ownership of a vehicle and 100% travel willingness are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Achieves personal targets by visiting and servicing dealers to build profitable, long-lasting relationships.
• Meets sales office targets by monitoring activities and coaching as needed.
• Ensures existing accounts are serviced and renewed.
• Expands market opportunities by finding new accounts.
• Processes loan documents on time with required documents.
• Gathers documentary requirements from loan applicants.
• Performs pre-credit investigations for account requirements.
• Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieves personal targets for the inclusive period considered by visiting and servicing dealers with the purpose of forming mutually profitable and long-lasting relationship.
• Achieves sales office targets by monitoring and evaluating sales activities and providing coaching/counselling as needed
• Ensures that existing accounts are serviced and renewed
• Expands market opportunities by finding sources of new accounts
• Processes loan documents on time and with quality. Gathers documentary requirements from loan applicant
• Conducts pre-credit investigation to all accounts for purposes of determining requirements
• Perform other tasks as may be required from time to time.
