Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the telecom market, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

  • Performance Management:

    Monitor team sales activities, analyze data, and report on key metrics to management.

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

  • Customer Relations:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manage any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and new product launches.

  • Reporting & Forecasting:

    Accurately manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue, providing regular updates to executive leadership.

  • Training:

    Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
