  • Conduct proactive reviews to prevent misses vs. targets and implement mitigations.

Job Description

The Sales Strategy & Governance Manager assists in monitoring the strategy health and execution of the group’s strategic and transformation initiatives. They help design the governance framework, capturing parameters and targets for measuring each initiative. They ensure stakeholders are informed of each initiative's health through automated reporting mechanisms and periodic comprehensive reports.

The manager facilitates critical decision-making to correct and steer strategic initiatives in alignment with stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Scorecard Management: Define and refine SAM’s BSC aligned with strategy. Create automated tracking mechanisms for quick publication and analysis of SAM BSC. Ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Strategy Interventions: Conduct proactive reviews to prevent misses vs. targets and implement mitigations. Create corrective actions for performance gaps and monitor their completion.
  3. Strategy Reviews: Assess outcomes against strategic direction. Lead regular reviews of performance and ensure follow-through on discussion points.
  4. Strategy Communications: Promote awareness of SAM’s strategy across all organization levels. Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to communicate initiatives and gather feedback. Develop strategic communication content.
Requirements:
  • Preferably with Project Management Certification and/or Agile Project Management Certification.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Business Transformation.
  • Knowledge of IT Solutions and the Telco Industry.
  • Understanding of process best practices and improvement principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field.
