• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and guiding them through the product selection process.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales Transactions: Process sales, including handling cash, credit cards, or other payment methods, and issuing receipts.
• Up-selling and Cross-selling: Encourage customers to purchase additional items or upgrades based on their preferences and needs.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and report inventory shortages to management.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are appealing and products are neatly arranged.

Qualifications
