Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a deep understanding of Australian and New Zealand markets. If you're target-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up promptly on warm leads generated by automation, AI bots, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups with leads who have not yet booked or paid, ensuring consistent pipeline activity.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with agency services and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting and conversion targets.
  • Manage high volumes of outbound calls using power dialers and CRM systems (e.g. Go High Level).
  • Handle objections effectively and move leads through the sales pipeline to confirmed appointments.
  • Book appointments into the sales team’s calendar with accurate details and notes.
  • Ensure prospects are both booked and financially committed by collecting required payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, follow-ups, and lead interactions within the CRM.
  • Friendly communication style to suit Australian and New Zealand markets, using local lingo and cultural awareness.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to optimise scripts, objection handling, and outreach strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and overall team performance.
  • Other role specific duties as they arise.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential. Equivalent work experience will be highly regarded.
  • 1–3 years of sales or appointment setting experience, ideally in a call centre, telesales, or high-volume sales environment. Healthcare experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong English fluency with a clear, neutral, or American accent preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage with Australian and/or New Zealand clients; understanding of local communication style and lingo.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Go High Level highly regarded) and power dialers.
  • Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-velocity environments.
  • Comfortable and accurate when processing payments, including handling card details and securing deposits.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage and track multiple follow-ups and call-backs.
  • Demonstrated team leader or mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and support others.
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use digital tools, CRM systems, dialers, and payment platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn about chiropractic practices and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
