We are looking for a driven and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our fast-paced sales team. This role involves engaging warm leads, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments with precision and professionalism. You’ll be working with high-volume outbound calls, CRM systems, and payment processing to ensure a smooth sales pipeline. Responsibilities:
- Follow up promptly on warm leads generated by automation, AI bots, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with leads who have not yet booked or paid, ensuring consistent pipeline activity.
- Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with agency services and objectives.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly appointment-setting and conversion targets.
- Manage high volumes of outbound calls using power dialers and CRM systems (e.g. Go High Level).
- Handle objections effectively and move leads through the sales pipeline to confirmed appointments.
- Book appointments into the sales team’s calendar with accurate details and notes.
- Ensure prospects are both booked and financially committed by collecting required payments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, follow-ups, and lead interactions within the CRM.
- Friendly communication style to suit Australian and New Zealand markets, using local lingo and cultural awareness.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing teams to optimise scripts, objection handling, and outreach strategies.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and overall team performance.
- Other role specific duties as they arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential. Equivalent work experience will be highly regarded.
- 1–3 years of sales or appointment setting experience, ideally in a call centre, telesales, or high-volume sales environment. Healthcare experience is highly regarded.
- Strong English fluency with a clear, neutral, or American accent preferred.
- Proven ability to engage with Australian and/or New Zealand clients; understanding of local communication style and lingo.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Go High Level highly regarded) and power dialers.
- Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-velocity environments.
- Comfortable and accurate when processing payments, including handling card details and securing deposits.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and track multiple follow-ups and call-backs.
- Demonstrated team leader or mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and support others.
- Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and use digital tools, CRM systems, dialers, and payment platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn about chiropractic practices and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
