We are an SEO agency seeking a highly skilled virtual assistant to join our team. We're in the process of scaling our business beyond word-of-mouth referrals and need dedicated professionals to handle sales and account management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, experienced, and capable of working independently to drive growth and maintain client satisfaction. ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is for a proactive and persuasive salesperson who can handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation, onboarding to closing. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base and directly contributing to our company's growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle outreach to warm leads generated by Ryan’s automation system.
  • Close deals and process payments.
  • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and confidently sell SEO services to local businesses.
  • Ideally experienced in SEO sales or B2B service sales.
  • Strong English skills, clear communication, preferably sounding neutral.
  • Goal: add 20 clients initially, then scale further.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Lead Generation, Sales & Onboarding
  • Able to create/schedule Zoom, Google Meet & Teams meetings
  • Technology: Both roles require a professional-grade headset, a reliable internet connection with a backup plan, and the necessary hardware to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency: English fluency is a must, basically being able to uphold and interact in conversations for both roles to ensure seamless communication with clients. We prioritize candidates with proven communication skills, screened through video interviews and human interaction, not just written applications.
