Job summary

Caishen is seeking a retail associate in the Philippines to assist customers, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations. The role includes helping shoppers locate items, promoting deals, and achieving daily sales targets in a busy store environment.

You will also operate the POS, handle payments and returns, and help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays. Training will cover product knowledge, customer engagement, and checkout procedures.
