Recruitment Functions

• Conducts initial interview for Sales Agent applicants
• Sends Online Training link to qualified applicants
• Provides interview feedback to the recommending Sales Team
• Receives and monitors applicants’ documentary requirements
• Conducts background verification
• Processes rehire applications

Administrative Functions

• Maintains the Manpower Database of applicants
• Sends weekly and monthly reports on the application status, including the lacking requirements, for the assigned Sales Heads
• Creates digital Seller’s 201 folder and uploads to the sharepoint
• Email management

Qualifications

• Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy work environment
• Must have a positive work attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Psychology
• With at least 2 years of work experience as a Recruitment Supervisor
• End-to-end Recruitment
• Point of Contact for specific Sales Heads
