A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and senior sales positions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience, alongside excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Establish rapport and build professional relationships with different stakeholders (hiring managers, applicants, etc.).
Conduct end to end recruitment activities for entry-level/junior sales positions.
Source for and conduct initial interviews for senior sales positions.
Ensures that Recruitment Trackers and related reports are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
Ensures that applicants have accomplished Workday-related tasks in connection to their job application.
Other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure the fulfillment of the team's deliverables
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
With at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Experience in the volume hiring and fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
Minimum Job Requirements:
