Job Description

Sales Associate positions across multiple locations with responsibilities that include assisting customers, processing inquiries related to purchases, returns, refunds, and resolving complaints. Roles involve delivering outstanding customer service, developing product knowledge, coordinating shipping/delivery, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about purchases and resolve inquiries, returns, and refunds as needed.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and selling skills.
• Develop product knowledge through regular communication with supervisors and product teams.
• Coordinate shipping/delivery processes with customers.
• Track store system and manual inventory; check variances; prepare invoices where required.
• Engage with customers to create a positive buying experience; conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demos (where applicable).
• Utilize digital tools (e.g., TikTok) for sales and marketing as required by role.
• Maintain merchandising standards, replenish stock, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
• Report sales progress and customer feedback to team leads/managers; achieve individual and store targets.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred for some roles.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage (minimum varies by position).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and build client relationships.
• Willingness to work onsite and in a fast-paced retail environment; ability to work weekends/holidays as required.
