Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Admin Assistant to support the Sales & Marketing Manager in servicing in-house Suntrustees (sellers) and handling transactions.

You will coordinate accreditation for sales agents, facilitate sales bookings and marketing activities, and assist with training, operations, and site-office admin tasks. The role requires collaboration across the team to implement strategies and coordinate initiatives for our sellers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 1 year corporate or sales admin experience in real estate.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in servicing all in-house Suntrustees (sellers).
• Process accreditation of new sales agents and renewals.
• Facilitate in-house concerns related to sales booking, sales & marketing activities, training, etc.
